Job description:

• Lead and manage the execution of MVAC and/or Electrical building services works for construction projects

• Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents

• Plan and monitor site progress, resources and subcontractor performance to meet project schedule and budget

• Supervise site works to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements

• Attend site meetings and technical discussions; proactively resolve site and engineering issues

• Oversee and participate in testing and commissioning (T&C) activities, inspections and handover processes

• Prepare and review progress reports, site records and as-built documentation

• Assist Project Manager / Senior Engineer in overall project coordination and management

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• 3–6 years or above of relevant experience in building services projects, preferably with subcontractors

• Solid technical knowledge in MVAC and/or Electrical systems

• Familiar with site coordination, construction practices and project workflows

• Able to handle projects independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in AutoCAD / MS Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work on site
