Job description:

• Assist Project Engineers in the execution of MVAC and/or Electrical (EE) building services works for construction projects

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams on daily site activities

• Prepare and assist in submission of shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents

• Monitor site progress and workmanship to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements

• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and assist in resolving technical and site issues

• Assist in testing and commissioning (T&C) activities and site inspections

• Prepare site records, progress reports and as-built documentation

• Carry out duties assigned by Project Engineer / Senior Engineer

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Building Services projects, preferably with sub-contractors
  (Fresh graduates will also be considered)

• Basic knowledge of MVAC systems (A/C & ventilation) and/or Electrical & ELV systems

• Familiar with construction site practices and coordination with main contractors

• Able to read and understand construction drawings

• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to work on construction sites

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
